John Christopher is an associate with the Firm, who concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and appeals, zoning and land use planning, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes.

Mr. Christopher also serves as an Executive Board Member and 10th Judicial District Representative to the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.  In addition, Mr. Christopher serves as an Executive Board Member of the Greenvale Civic Association.

Mr. Christopher’s publications include the following: The Unsettled Law of Eminent Domain, Report from Counsel (Vol. XI, No. 1) Spring/Winter 2010; Current Issues in Land Use and Zoning: The Impact of an Increase of Business at a Property with an Established Pre-Existing Nonconforming Use, The Nassau Lawyer, April 2009; and Temporary Zoning and Planning Moratoriums, The Nassau Lawyer, April 2007.

Mr. Christopher was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2008. He is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.

Mr. Christopher graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University (2003) and received his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (2007), magna cum laude.
