Andrew M. Roth is an associate with the Firm who concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in actions, proceedings, and appeals in the New York State and federal courts. His clients include privately held corporations, business owners, real estate developers, real estate appraisers, lenders, partnerships, and municipalities in all litigation matters..
Before joining the Firm, he was associated with prominent Long Island law firms where his practice focused on commercial and corporate litigation.
Mr. Roth is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.Mr. Roth was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1993, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
Mr. Roth received his Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport (1991) and his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Buffalo (1988).
